Running the antenna inside the fuse?
Anybody experienced any glitches or loss of range by stretching the antenna from the front of the fuse and backwards inside of it?

ive got to scale fuses, one funky airwolf and one ive scratch built, would like to know about antenna too. ive heard from someone that had a big vari airwolf that he had his antenna hanging from the bottom, when turning towards him the fuse hid the antenna from view and caused a lock out?!

Hi there, I have a Hughes 500D, at the beginning I routed the Rx antenna through the Boom and had some glitches, very scary, I did some research and intalled the Revolution whip antenna, works great and looks better in the heli, like a real comunication antenna.

Regards,
Gustavo

I have a Futaba G3 receiver in a tube along the inside of the fuse opposite side of the exhaust.
Everthing is working fine, no glitches, no range issues.
I would be cautious around an all carbon fuse.

Just remember -- if the world didn't suck, we would fall off.
