Looks nice
Other than the rust on the main shaft lol Actually, looks nice a very nice heli. Like some others though, I wonder how parts support will be and if everything will have to be ordered from overseas. For some reason, I feel more secure flying something from a company that's been around a while and supports their older kits.

Aurora will cost £800 and the Avro £900 in the UK. I think when the dollar finally recovers the ground it's lost over the last year the Avro will be more reasonably priced for a US customer.Dave Dunphy

The UK price of £899 includes VAT (UK sales tax) at 17.5% which I assume US customers would not have to pay. However, you will have your own sales taxes... I don’t know much about US sales tax but hopefully for you guys this is not as stratospheric as our VAT rate!

Just on a side note, purely UK market now...

If you add just a couple of the very basic quality Hyper upgrades to the Cheaper of the models mentioned here previously, you easily get to the same price as the Avro.
If you add all the upgrades to this particular model the machine becomes even more expensive than the Avro? And then even more expensive to crash.
(Not that you necessarily need them, but they sure do look good and people are certainly buying them (I even had some myself when I had a synergy)

TYREE, "$985 For Aurora" does this mean with the current exchange rate we should get Aurora's in the UK for £500 (forget the VAT)

Unfortunate I believe the exchange rate will dictate where the Avro market will located initially.

Good old Spitfire and Mustang comparison. Don't even start!

the Avro looks like it is going to be a great machine, this statement is based on what I read so far. But when you look at the price from the US market point of view, the Avro is at the top in term of the price. The Aurora will be less expensive that the Avro, and probably as good, or even better.

I will probably will get both helis maybe by the end of this year or by the beginning of the next year.
Unfortunate I believe the exchange rate will dictate where the Avro market will located initially.
I agree with you
