palmboom,

I have never had the issue you describe with the Radix 325's, and I have broken, I mean flown many a set. That is not to say that there is not an issue with the set you have. If there indeed is let me know and I will get those swapped out for another set ASAP. Just tryin to help man!
Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

Thanks for your help Buzzin Brian. But at this moment I still think it is something with the heli, not the blades.

I keep trying and searching until I find out what it is.

I will keep you updated guy's! Until I found out what it is any suggestions are welcome. Again thanks for all your comments.

do you have a pitch gauge? pitch curver doesn't mean anything unless you curver them with a gauge, make sure you get enought + pitch.

i read JasonChow post here, his pitch change from +- 12 to -15 +9 when he switch from V-bale to align pro.

Do a search for 'Finless Bob's heli-freak Tech Room' there a lot of helpful video on the site that are very helpful. They can give you a better understanding of what is being said the this and other forums. Sorry but RunRyder won't allow a link to this sit.

Fun-Key 303 Headshake and Tail Buzz - Blade protection film
I took apair of blades out of the packet, bolted them on, one turn to track them, you know typex on one blade/holder arm

Head and tail shake like mad !!!

All I had forgot to do was take off the two plastic anti-scratch films that are on one blade to protect them in transit

I suppose I should put my glasses on first

but I bet I am not the first to do it

I guess you don't worry about the little things... Like balancing the blades.

Had young guy at the field slapped a sit of carbon blades on his Bird (not a Rex) poor thing shook so bad.. one blade was a 325 the other was 335,
Guess What.. He's got another set just like-um at home.

I think I found it!!!
I think I found it!!!

Its almost to stupid to tell... I tighten the blade bolds to fast. Due to this fact the blades could not center properly in flight.

I loosen the bolds a bit, so the blades could easely turn. Having two flights now and looks good!

Thanks T-Rex-Flyer for the hint. I found it. Verry usefull tips overthere.

Again thanks for all the comments!

No.

I am used to C/F Blades being balanced out of the box,
after all that's what your paying for

Mind you I had to use about a foot of inch sellotape on some Align Carbon 325's to get them into balance and C/F tail blades are always worth a check

In fact I have got a set of wood blades to balance for a JR 30 CCPM to
do tonight

Welldone it's all part of the learning curve, just tight enough to twist them then centrifugal force will brig them parallel and at 90% to the flybar, if one slight leads or lags it's indicative of flybar inbalance if the blades are already properly balanced
