Nick,

I had to pull Dave's Xtreme out of the mud yesterday. 3/4 of the tail boom was in the mud at about a 45 degree angle. It was at least a foot in...LOL The main shaft also sheared off at the top main bearing.

Danny also had a spectacular crash. I'm not really sure what happened since I was setting my heli down on the flight line at the time that he hit. But he hit the concrete runway pretty hard about 20 ft. from where I was.

It was windy as hell and flying wasn't as fun. But other than Dave's and Danny's mishaps, I think we all had a blast.

Wow you guys sure rebuild pretty quick Mines is still laying on my table waiting to be put back together I only needed a few common parts that seem to break in a crash and it all totalled up to $100. Man 90's are expensive. If I still had my raptor I would only have to spend about $30
Well leaving school now and going straight to work. Gotta make the $$$ to buy more parts

I told you that 90's cost a lot more to crash. The solution to that is: DO NOT CRASH...LOL

Hurry up and get the Avant FX back together so we can terrorize the birds and bugs once again, Tony.

I got a new video card for my laptop yesterday. I had tons of fun on the simulator last night. Hopefully I can get time to get a heli up in the air over a weekend.

My Revo also came in today, so the flight sim and the revo that might help my r/c withdrawals not be as painful as they have been. ;p

If you're afraid to crash, then you are not pushing yourself or your heli. I have crashed more than I care to count, but now I am fairly confident that I can bail myself out of most situations.
