Thanks for the reply and i'll do that for sure ..

I'll try the Hayes for a bit and see how it go's first because I bought quite a bit of this stuff haha.I had it in my old 600N and never had issues but this thread has me thinking,seems the only problem is falling off the nipple and maybe the clunk..

one case though the sullivan 201 now. I removed the tank for inspection and found no signs of deterioration. Also It seems as though the engine runs much more consistent from full tank to empty. I cannot atribute this 100% to the clunk line however, because at the same time I changed clunk line is when I installed the "fuel magnet".
