YS cuts out for a sec and then fires back up.

Has anyone heard of this? I got it used so I'm not positive of it's history, but basically it will shut off for a second and then come back on. I have changed the plug.

we found the problem,guys..!!!!
It was a glitch!!!!
No crazy regulators from 7.4V!( arizona + duralite)
He is running regular 6V pack with stepdown for the tail now...
