regulator what is the best output voltage

hi every one i am planning to use a regulator with a 5 cell 5 volt nicad batteries i am using digital servo and gy401 gyro
in my Helli i find one but the specified the voltage as 5.1 5.7 and 6 volts is that the input or output voltage can someone tell me Wat would be the best output voltage to run with servo and gyro
