Begginer being a retard

ok so it fell over on its side and was spinning..ouch! but i stopped it b4 it could do to much damage, but my question is there was a little bit of smoke that came out of the motor after ishut it off..is it still going to work? and the other question is, could it have maybe killed my reciever, because now when i plug in the battery, the servos twitch but nothing will work??..or am i just screwed all together lol

o ya its a walkera dragonfly rc4 electric

You answered my question in your edit.

Smoke.. from electronics... not a good sign man... but i have smoked a motor before, and it ran fine after i replaced the 300 dollars of other related equipment that fried in the process.

I would probably guess either the main motor is fried, or the main controller box (usually a 3-in-1 or 4-in-1) is toast. Although i am totally unfamiliar with your heli.

basically it got up was doing fine and then just barely tapped the wall and it fell down and started spinning, it was only about a foot off the ground. it was my fault for trying it in my kitchen
