Help: Raptor 50 SE Metal Grip Thrust Bearing Washers

I am trying to put the bearings and washers back to the metal grip. According to the instruction manual, the hole diameters of the two thrust bearing washers are different, one slightly bigger than the other. However, the two washers that I have are identical in size. Do you guys have this problem?

You haven't put the 2 large diameters washers in the other grip and left your self with just the 2 small diameters ones have you??

Looking @ the se manual bigger hole means the bearing race not the internal hole.

What do you mean by bearing race? I check all the 4 washers, two on each grip and they all have the same internal hole diameter. Actually, they all look the same.

look at the actuel bareings not the washers. if you look closely at the inner hole of the bearings you will notice one side is bigger than the other

The depth of the track the bearings run in, the less depth of the track is what they call the bigger washer. Look @ page 11 of the manual

There is the bearing cage and the two races. The races have a different ID. Rock them back and forth on a spindle and its obvious.

It should go:
Spindle bolt:Spindle Washer:Radial Bearing:Thin Thrust Washer:Bearing race that rocks the least:Bearing Cage:Bearing Race that rocks the most:Radial Bearing:Thick Thrust Washer: DampenerAndy
