Vibrations on the 90

just got a 90 and it seems to vibrate A LOT at idle is this normal?
I know its a big engine and could be normal but Im just curious.
It seems to smooth out when I come above idle but its still there somewhat. You can feel the engine and it seems to feel normal on vibrations, is it just the big engine causing it kind of like a gas engine does at idle?

i thought about the engine alignment, but when its at idle the the clutch isnt forced against the bell so its just the clutch and fan turn and they are both mounted to the engine.

okay cool, hey can anyone tell me about ys engines this is my 1st one and im worried I didnt hook up the fuels lines right. The line in the crank case on the back is the pressure line, so which way should the one way valve go? Should it keep u from blowing back into the crank or the other way around? I flew it for 1st time today and when the main tank emptied it died and I still had a full header tank. I also noticed the tank was pressurized a bunch from the pump i guess, so when I took out the plug for fuel it shot out. Is there wnother way to set it up?

you want the pressure to go into tank not into crank case. make sure you follow the proper length between the nipple on the case to the one way valve. Its important.

do you know where I can get set of instructions for a ys 90? so I can check the links. I didnt know it mattered so when I replaced all the fuel tubing I didnt cut the same size.

Im sure if you do a search you will find the length somewere on RR. I know its been discussed several times. Its something like 3 inches or so.

thanks so I got ir 10 cm from backplate to one way valve. Which way should valve flow? Also any ideas why the engine dies when main tank is empty, but the header tank is still full? It flies fine till that point.

The little line on the check valve should be facing away from the engine.

lol thanks didnt even notice it I will look thanks! any ideas why the engine starts to stall when main tank gets empty? all my other helis will fly fine after main is empty, well until header tank is empty LOL. This is a major problem since the main reason I used header is to keep the engine from sucking air at lower fuel. Even with a pumped engine you can still sling the clunk out of the fuel doing 3D hehehe

check valve

before you go out and fly check the check valve blow though the tube from the motor side make suret the valve pops you have to blow pretty good if it sticks un screw the valve not all the way and blow though it again while screwing closed you might have to add a drop of oil to it as it may stick, if it stick your motor will go lean when you brake into a hover this is the first thing to make sure that works other wise the Ys is plug and play. My Ys sr is running great its staying in and i am having a ball againRIP Roman JR
