ttmd530-vibrating missile launchers
hi everyone,i have just hovered my newly built thunder tiger md530 without the rear windows in to aid cooling and notice the missile launchers vibrate quite badly,does anyone have a fix for this prob,i have heard of using fibreglass mating around where the launcher joins the fus.My first scale heli.

They should vibrate a little on spool up....then smooth out when up to speed. If they continue, then something of yours is out of balance, (blades, paddles, spindle, mainshaft) or it can even be engine tuningHighly Medicated for your protection......

what a lot of guys have done is put some more fiber glass inside the fuse around the mounting points of the winglets to strengthen it up ,i took mine off and converted it to a little bird

It could be headspeed related, do you know what your headspeed is? I have an Hirobo Eagle in mine which is dead smooth as pod and boom but I get the same shake if I go above 1550 or so rpm on the head. I haven't strengthened mine inside.
