New auto hub

Been away awhile and just saw the promo for the auto hubs. Do I want this for my Frey 60 or Evo 50, or is more for the 90 size units.

Good question. I have gone through 4 of the old auto bearings
on the 90s, but I have never had a 60 Freya.
I installed the new hub assembly on both 90s and 5 gallons later
they are still OK.

This is a quote from Jeff's post on the promotion.

Everyone who owns a Freya, Xspec, EX, EX-II, and Evo bought in the US through MRC is welcome to participate and take advantage of this program.

Personally I would jump on this offer if I owned any version of the Freya. Even if you don't have an issue with the previous auto hub and oneway bearing this upgrade is a good deal. There is always that nagging doubt whether the oneway will give out in flight; especially if you've had this happen in the past.

Unfortunately MRC aren't offering a promotional discount on the Evo 50 part.

I have never owned a freya with a 60 in it, but I was told that a hard landing in a bad auto is enough to cause an issue.

This being said, the new hub would help that.

At the discounted price, I would get one just in case.-RCA .......... Making Cuisinarts Fly!!!!!!!
