E-Sky TX from Mode 1 to mode 2 (almost)........ Hi,I 'flew' my new King II for the 3rd time today in the Gym at the school where I work.
A bit 'floaty' and easy to lose control as it drifts (gaining speed), it was a little tail heavy yesterday so I mounted the battery further forward. Now the balance seems just right.. it all takes time! (I wish I came 'ready to fly' like the helicopter! The transmitter is set up with mode 1 (with the throttle & rudder on the left stick and the forward/back, L/R bank on the right stick), it's the wrong way round for me.I openned the transmitter up and saw what I thought were plugs on the control pot PC boards, I took the centering spring off forward /reverse and fitted it to throttle, then put the friction spring from throttle on to the forward/reverse, a bit of work but it went o/k ![]() I thought 'now for the easy part'.... just un-plug the plugs from the pots and plug them into the correct places for the new setup....... but no, they are not plugs, just plastic holders for the pins when they are soldered to the boards ![]() ![]() ![]() |
