What the guy did in this post.....is in NO WAY related to the scam tht was sent to Heliproz. That is like comparing apples to oranges. This guy was charged on his CC. The only party that has lost out was the buyer. The vendor never even began to enter into anything of risk. Matter of fact, the vendor gained, not the buyer.

I don't send threatening emails, there is no need to do that. If you're talking about the email I sent your coward buddy who put me on his ignore list because he has no factual basis or ability to discuss his point(s), in an educated manner, there's no threats involved there..... to the contrary, I think it was HE who threatened me.....but then he got scared and blocked my email address too !! LOL !!!

I have thought about ordering a heli from them but I keep reading the horror stories so that keeps me from throwing my money away....your efforts in trying to support Century and making bgwhite_98 look bad does no good to anyone.....

My GF did not get any e-mails or a phone call I just had her check her e-mail agian.. the only thing she got was the Order Detail and check back for tracking on 5-12-07

I said it before and say it again, If they didn't try and contact you or her about it in any way, {they say they did} then they definatly DID make a mistake,
you two definatly deserved to be notified about the issue.

It has happened to me in the past and I know how it feels, it sucks.

But it was something that got handled, thats why I ONLY deal with the big three, When mistakes or problems arise, they WILL fix it.

I have a freind who is still waiting on over a 1000 worth of stuff from two months ago from helihobby and every time he calls them, they hang up on him!
So at least your issue was resolved with them without it costing you anything but a little wasted time.

I don't know why someone would wait so long to find out about their order? I check my order status/ship status everyday until I get it, I do not rely on anyone to call and tell me whats happening.Still buyin' and flyin' then crashing and cryin'

I know you saw my email..... by the way, there were more than one..... And if you knew me personally, you would also know that I would definitely tell you the same to your face.....

What I do think is cowardly, which prompted my email to begin with, is for someone to take a personal shot at you on a public forum and then immediately close the thread and place you on the ignore list so that you cannot respond..... If you don't think that's cowardly, then I don't believe we subscribe to the same dictionary.....

I propose we call a truce..... If you want to continue the banter, let's do it via PM's.... as you can see, I have no problems presenting my side of the argument..... to keep going back and forth much more will continue to detract from the original post and most likely lead Mark to close the thread.....

Most of this may have all been caused by some staff (human) error, resulting in Mr. Whites order or B/O falling through the cracks somewhere along the line. I would think that the staff may even have apologised a number of times to him. So what's it to you Juan?

It is unfortunate that Heli-World must use NORMAL humans that may err occasionally, and cannot find PERFECT humans like Juan Rodriques to employ.

It always amazes me, when I look through other brand forums, how some are so easy to forgive human errors from other brands employees and yet are so quick to come into this forum and heckle.

Juan, you are like a henpeck wife, but instead of henpecking your own husband, you go into another's house and henpeck the other's husband.

If sometime in your past, you were slighted by anyone that works for Heli-World or Century, and cannot get past it, then please, have the maturity to finally accept the fact that sometimes sh&t happens. Get over it or at least keep it in your own house.

Maybe all of your pecking is getting a bit long in the tooth and the "neighbors" are starting to find you obtuse.

That's the RR way. Century and it's supporters should thicken up their skin. I'm a QWW supporter, and I have experienced plenty of bashing.. So anyone that is crying foul, that folks are too hard on Century...give me a break. If you are in business with the public, then deal with the bashing when it happens, and then make it right with the customer.

Just because someone's opinion differs from yours, doesn't make you right.
