Lots a times you are seein' the edge of positive pitch in the blade when viewing with collective. This will look like the blades are out. If neutral pitch is tracking well, than it is probably this effect. Just in case, check that your flybar blades are plainer to the head.

You need to check your tracking while in a hover. '0' pitch won't tell you anything. The disc needs to have some loading on it. The safest way to tell is in a hover, preferably with another set of eyeballs to check the tracking while you fly the heli.

check it
if you check the pitch on both rotors(use gauge) you will find one is different, most tracking issues are eliminated during the build if you check pitch angles,on both sides.

Depends on the quality of the blades. Woodies will generally not track when set with a pitch gauge. That's been my experience anyway. A pitch gauge will get you close though. Good quality carbons or FRP's will generally track ok after being set with the gauge.

If it's tracking ok in the hover, but goes out when changing pitch then possibly you have something bent or sloppy in the head. The JR Venture 30 is famous for this even with NEW parts let alone sloppy or bent parts. Perhaps there's something that still needs replaced after the rebuild of your Rexy?
