NR3D Brushless Upgrade Problem Hello folks,I just upgraded my NR3D with the Venom brushless motor, 20A ESC and am using a 11.1v 1500 mah 15C LIPO batt. The tail stability now seems to be gone.Tail swings wildly and seems to surge as it tries to correct itself.Adjusting the delay and limit settings seems to have no effect.I have the ESC mounted on top of the Rx with velcro. The brushless motor has a larger pinion gear, could the rotors be turning too fast for the gyro to keep up.Or, do you think I have a gyro problem?Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks for any help you can give me,IowaGuy |

Found a solution After talking with Paul Susbauer from Venom he suggested that the 1500 mah battery keeps such a high voltage that it sometimes causes the tail stability problem.I switched to an 860 mah pack and had essentially the same problem.I switched out the SRC 4 in 1 for a Venom version and then adjusted the Throttle Adjust clockwise which seemed to mellow out the tail.FYI,IowaGuy |
