I too will vouch for Matrosek. He's a very nice person. I'm sure it was just a case of miss communications.

I know him and seen him help others instead of flying at the field.

I'm sure this will get resolve soon.

Well, if he's such a "STANDUP GUY"...why isn't this deal closed...sounds like an

"David Yates" deal...one thing that seems to be missing here is that; why does the stand up guy and his friend have the engine and pipe and RANDY doesn't have anything?????? Quit talking about how GOOD you are and let your actions speak louder than your words. Like several said before...Randy dealt with you and made the deal with you...so when the heat comes from a wrong done during the deal...JUST MAKE IT RIGHT and STOP with the EXCUSES!!

I can just say from experiences; that, stuff like this comes from something WRONG...I've known Randy for years and never new him to just out of the blue..."slam" someone.

All the feedback and good remarks some where else are well and good; but, you aren't somewhere else, this is RR and since the deal was made here, then, here is where your Reputation is made...like I said before...Mr Yates had great listings on the GG list (feedback); but, he went off the deep end and try to scam me, QuickSilver and several others and only through the use of exposure here and the local police depts and Feds...were we able to get this situation settle...search out the thread and see for yourself!

Again why would Randy make this up and he's the one that has NOTHING and the other two have the money and the engine and pipe....just doesn't hold water to me!

Anyway you cut this; it absolutely benefits NO ONE to have this kind of feedback and post written about them!!

Just my 2 cents worth and I have 4 pages on the GG/Feedback list; from when I signed on here for the first time to the present.

Randy I hope this turns from talking about what should be done to DOING IT!!!FRAN SR. ( FAI-F3C)

this was just a case of miss communication for sure. the part where he does not have anything was his own fault, he sent the motor back on his own no one agreed to take anything back and the package was never delivered to matrosek it was sent back to randy. like i said 2 or 3 times already i told him he would get the check valve and header tank which was missing and the situation is rectified, so are actions have spoken and from day 1 the problem was that there was a missing check valve and header tank which was just a mistake and i was unaware of this situation and when i spoke to randy on the phone and told him i would send him the parts or the money for the parts he agreed so where is the part where my words are louder then my actions because it seems like my actions of speaking to him and telling him he would get the stuff is louder then words, i dont know how much clearer i can be then that. as far as i am concerned this situation is rectified and over with randy got a motor and pipe brand new for a steel and the missing check valve and header is on its way to him.

Yeah, this is DEFINATELY starting to sound like another one of those "David Yates" threads. I'm really sorry to hear that this kind of crap is still going on here. Unfortunately it seems like the excuses and B.S. are gonna keep coming from these guys, and now they have Randy's money AND the stuff that was sent.

Another reason to ALWAYS pay with a credit card thru Paypal. Good luck Randy, I hope you eventually get these 2 to make good on the sale.-=Artti

You have the motor and the money and consider this deal done? You used someones good name to try and sell something, and have now tarnished it. I now see why you didn't want to use your username! You sold a product that wasn't as advertised, so the buyer has the right to return it for a full refund. Give him his money back, and stop worring about the so call GREAT deal you gave him.

Several people here had put their rep on the line by vouching for the 2 of you...

so why not live up to your word and send Randy the money back and re-post the motor and pipe with better PICs of the whole pipe (including the dent); seems like that would be the simple solution to this whole mess...looked at everyones feedback and I can truthfully tell you that ONE MESS LIKE THIS can wipe out pages of GOOD!

When you get to be as old as I am; you'll find that personaly (God and family not included); your WORD is what matters and how people you deal with daily respect the fact that they can believe what you say!!

Come on guys; the motor and pipe have to be somewhere and I would think that everyone concerned would have used delivery conformation (nailed DY with it and a USPS money order..GREAT paper trail and it also involves the US GOV and with the facts, they WILL resolve the situation).

Suck it up and start fresh right now and solve this fecthed thing!!!
