Urgent Phoenix backup help

Guys please can you help, I run Phoenix on my works laptop. I've just been told tomorrow I have to have a new set of software installed requiring the computer to be completely wiped first.

Is there a way of copying certain files/folders tonight, such that I can reinstall Phoenix but not have to re-calibrate and setup my helis again - basically so I can just start Phoenix and it will run as if it hadn't been reinstalled?

Just find the program folder in C:/program files , then zip it up and stick it on a disc , or copy it straight to a USB memory stick .
Then copy it back after the reinstall and create a short cut to the exe. file on your desktop .At the end of the day , it gets dark .
