Frame Strength
well the frames are alot stronger than everyone is saying. i crashed mine on the second flight, well the crystal fell out it went into failsafe and did a front flip and hit the dirt. i bent the flybar/mainshaft/tailshaft/spindle/boom and took out the input bevel gears for the TT. All in all about 40 to 50 bucks minus blades. I was back up and flying the next day thanks to all the parts being the same as the E.

I use clear heatshrink around the reciever keeps the xtal in and the servo wires in, no chance of anything falling out.

Nice to here the crash costs are low though.

ya well its my fault for not taping in the crystal. i will never make that mistake again! its great so far inkspot, just put 2 more flights on it today. i am using os 50 hyper and jk sb50, the combo has good power. the heli flies really well and is quick and crisp in the cyclic. its much better then the raptor 50 it replaced. i know you want one mike!Trex 700, Trex 600n

i just wrap those in 5lb sticky tape, seems to work good, or you can use wax string to tie them together.Trex 700, Trex 600n

That blows, I can't wait to get my 6N. I had a raptor literally fly away in a slow climbing piroett, never did find it. I believe it want due to the crystal falling out....I use lots of tape now.
