Instaling new fan
I am installing a new fan on my tt70 should I leave the washer between the fan and the engine on or take it off.
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Some guys will say yes and some guys will say no.
On my one R60 my TT70 has two washers on it only because I needed it for clearance, check out the picture.

Most people say take it off. I ran mine with the washer with no problem. As long as you have enough clearance between the clutch and bell it's fine. If your installing it for the first time, I would take it off.

Just don't take it off or put it on without changing the clutch liner. Once you run it one way, the clutch wears in to that position.
