heres mine after 20 hrs of testing i think i have it perfect .. gyro in odd place and receiver in the rear ,but i can slam the throttle and get no tail kick ,i can snap turn and it will stop and hover hands free ...

I am unstable and have no safe mode

I think I finally have my BCCP about as tricked out as I am going to get it. I just changed from a 8t pinion to a 9t pinion and woah...I definitely like it a lot better. It sounds alot better. I think the gyro and brushless tail likes the higher head speed.

I think I am done upgrading mine as well. Cashflow from here on out goes to getting the t-rex 450sa in the air. This little thing runs great, so happy! Here's what I ended up with:

No more crammed in rats nest up front for me. Went with a J-Team fiber frame. My rats nest is crammed inside the frame now!(hehe) Better RF noise isolation too! I am going to make an angled battery tray for this next (Trexish) to get the battery elevated more inline with the roll axis. Also since this picture was taken, the dual motor tail has been replaced with single motor direct drive. Lighter and works 100% better with very little wag.

Got it as clean as I could... bcp pro with BL park 370, G90 gyro, superskids

the rubber band is only for the battery, the ESC is velcroed in place

hey lardfly couple of questions,
1. what main gear did you use
2. does the bcpp canopy fit
3. are the servo to swash linkages the same length

JTeam Frames
Also like Lardfly, I went with the JTeam road, I have never been so happy with my CP Pro, and it looks like my bigger ones!!!

I don't know how much it weights but it feels more solid in flight, maybe because the extra weight makes it more stable, who knows?

I'm using the Micro Heli autorotation main gear

The linkages are a little different on this one, but since i fly it with a computer radio, I can change the throws to make it 90 degrees at half throttle.

About the CP Pro canopy, I just needed to make the holes a little higher so it can be used, not a big deal
