clunk line hung up Has anyone else had this happen to their Raptor 50. I currently am using the OMI fuel magnet with Hayes black fuel tubing in my main tank.
I have just started to play with some inverted hovering. I was practicing some hovering when I thought the engine was running rough. I landed and discovered that the header tank was almost empty along with 1/3 fuel still in the main tank. I thought this was strange so after further investigation I found the fuel magnet was stuck on the "bottom" of the tank while inverted. I thought I had used the correct length of tubing, considering that others have mentioned that the Hayes will swell shortly after use. I like the Fuel Magnet but was wondering if this tank has anything to cause it to get stuck. I just may have to use a different brand of tubing for the clunk line or ditch the fuel magnet.Kevin |
