DURALITE

Need some input on what to purchase for my 50Titan/se. Do i buy a 2900 duralite or the 4300..Seems the 4300 is kinda big for a 50,dont really know the weight figures on these batteries.Any input would be appreciated!!

Mine always balanced every so slightly nose heavy but not terribly bad on the 4000's. The 4300 are the same weight.. I have recently switched to the 1600 Lipo from duralite, it is half the weight which balances my 50 perfectly. The only negative side to not getting a 4300 sized battery will be run time.. I could fly 13-15 flights on the 4300.. I can only fly 5-6 on the 1600 lipo.. If this is your only nitro and you do not have field charging capabilities I will opt for the larger battery, it is only slightly heavier.. If you are looking to shed weight and move the CG up around vertically on the airframe I would get the lipo.. They also make a 3000 lipo as a larger lipo option
