I Agree I couldn't agree more with what Gordy just wrote. The big Futaba wheels have the layout pattern on them. I just keep indexing the wheel around so that I have a layout line and hole at 90-degrees to the linkage by using no subtrim. It works every time. |

Servo Arms Okay Thanks for the information. I'll make up some new Wheels. I was installing the wheels from the previous owner. They were marked where they came from but don't line up the same. I got new wheels with my servos so it won't be a big deal. Thanks again

wow i just came across this thread, i have no problem setting up my throttle linkages so that all 90 deg is half throttle and top is throttle stop and throttle bottom is wot...the only dilema is that 1/2 throttle on the ys 91 is 40% throttle so i cant find a way to get the geometry right ? |

stratus Adriandont worry about it as long as its liner mechanically you will be right as you will either use your govenor or a throttle curve to set the 40% hover point |

stratus hi dale, yeah i was thinking that but i am a stickler for the whole mechanical setup thing..... but i know with one touch of the screen on my mz it will all be over.... i do all my flight and engine tuning governor off, and set throttle curvs manualy, then turn gov on to make up for the little drops and increases in rpm while flying. |
