It's already been posted numerous times. You can use the fuel magnet with exhaust pressure if you fill the tank after each flight to force the exhaust fumes out of the tank. People have been doing it this way for over a year with no issues.

I am and think I'm really going to like it. Runs silky smooth and seems to make plenty of power with the MP5. It has no problem with +/- 13 degrees of pitch.

Here's my Setup
This is the setup I have for my 600N
Trex600N Pro: White Canopy
V-Blade V2 600mm Main Blades
V-Paddle 80mm
V-Tails 95mm
Fromeco 6V dual Voltage Regulator with Pin Flag.
Futaba 9351 Cyclic
Futaba 9252 Throttle
Futaba GY611 Gyro w/9256 tail servo
Futaba 14MZ Tx
Futaba G3Rx
Futaba GV-1 Governor
3DX G-Force Fan (latest version)
2mm Carbon Frame set
Align Metal Main Rotor grips
Duraflite 2100mah pack (plan on buying a lighter pack after CG check)
OS Hyper50
CY50 MP5 pipe
V50 Clutch liner
Maverick Header tank

I have this thing sitting around for about a month now. I am itching to get it assembled and flewn in the next week or so. School and work is a killer in Korea.

I wanted to go with the YS50 or the RV-50, but I can't find them in stock anywhere. I love the JR RV-50...very smooth and reliable. Break-in is a bit of a pain, but it's a joy once you get past it. I didn't choose it for the N cause the footprint for the case is different and I don't know how well it would fit without modifying the frame and engine mount. Anyone using the RV-50 for their 600N? If so please PM me and let me know how well it does. I dont really want to use the OS 50 Hyper....haven't had much luck with them over the past 3 months. Burned up 2 in my EVO50 and can't figure out why.

Anything I am missing here that is a must for this build? Please chime in. I will post pics upon completion.

futaba 9451 servos for cyclic
futaba 9254 throttle servo
futaba gy611 tail
model avionics throttle jockey rev max
fromeco arizona helicopter regulator
JR receiver
thunder power 2s2p 4200mah (i needed nose weight for some reason)

os hyper 50
hatori sb-50 pipe
cool power 30% nitro

settings:

idle throttle curve = 100-60-100 with about 75% on the aux channel giving about 2000-2100 on the head
1.5 and about 3-5 clicks on the rich side.

@ Ladymagic,

I also have the Arizona regulator with pin flag switch. At this moment i did not find any suitable place to install the pin flag switch.

If anybody uses this or knows a good place to attach the pin flag switch, just let me know !

I am amazed how the Fromeco Arizona regulator running 6V to my S9251 servos how it turned my Trex 600N into a utter beast. It is so responsive on cyclic and collective. Also, the OS50 Hyper does not bog excessively at full climbout with 14 degrees +/-. 1,950 RPM is good, but 2,150 RPM gives the edge. There's allot of room to grow into with this model.

Align Trex 600N Specs
> "Pro" kit w/torque tube
> All metal upgrades
> OS 50 Hyper engine
> 2,150 RPM head speed
> Spektrum DX7 with 7000 series receiver
> Aerospire Multigov 2
> Fromeco Arizona regulator
> Futaba GY611 Gyro with S9256 servo
> Futaba S9251 (three) for cyclic
> Futaba S9252 for throttle
> Curtis Youngblood Muscle Pipe 5
> Cool Power 30%
> V-Blades 600mm main blades
> V-Blades paddles
> V-Blades 95mm tail blades
> 14 degree +/- pitch
> 9 degree aileron/elevator pitch
> Poly Quest 2s 2100mah 20c battery

I can get about 8 flights on a battery pack, but I have a second pack, and charge takes about 1hr or less. I have my Trex 450 V2 to hold me over. I love that thing... decked out with a Jazz ESC and FlightPower 25C packs. Virtually unlimited climb outs, huge rainbows, and wicked aileron ticktocs. Have fun.

Jason, if you can I would consider 9351 servos over 9451. They simply have better centering and a much smaller "dead band". I fly both types of servos and can without any doubt tell the difference. 9351 are more expensive though.

Also, the receiver does matter. If you run a Futaba G3 5104 or 5114 receiver you will without any doubt feel the difference than if you run a regular 149DB receiver on 1024 because the latency is reduced dramatically.

Hope this helps.
