Duralite regulator
I've recently bought two rx lipo packs from flight power and two 5.3v regulators from duralite. Since I'm using futaba gyros is the 5.3 regulator ok for them?

5.3volts should be fine, as thats about the voltage of a freshly charged 4 cell NiCd pack.Vibe 90, Vibe 50, Vigor CS x2,

Dr. Lodge...
What's the highest voltage that the Futaba gyros and servos (9253,9254) will take with out blowing out? I know that 6 volts is out, but there has to be a max voltage that they will take and keep working.

I'm not sure, I would think 5.4 volts max for the gyro. The servos can take higher voltage, probably up to the 5.8 or 6.0 volt mark.Vibe 90, Vibe 50, Vigor CS x2,

Other way round, the gyro will take 6, the servo won't

5.3 is fine. 6v regulated is ok but I'd run a step down on the tail servo.Andy

I've got a 9254 servo on the throttle, should I turn down the voltage from 6 volts? Maybe 5.7 would be wiser...?Vibe 90, Vibe 50, Vigor CS x2,

You really want 5.4 tops for a S9254
