Wren customer relations
It is a pity that all supliers can not take a leaf out of the Wren company manual
I have recently aquired an early Wren derived turbine with Dick Wallinger gearbox, knowing very little about this setup,as I am all JetCat, I phoned Sara at Wren, not only did she find the time to discuss my problems at great length, but came up with a remedy, and posted one nut which arrived this morning, this was on top of all the disorder in moving to larger premisses

Thanks for the compliment, Jack, but what's far more important is that there is Mike, Roger, Terry, Richard, Gavin and Steve, without whom there wouldn't be any engines and I wouldn't have any answers to your questions!

Oh yes, the cakes, Sara, you didnt think i came to meet you at the shows for the turbines. The truth is- its only for the cakes..

Hey, i have an idea, with each turbine, send to customer a pieces of cake. it will work better then any Ad.

Back to business, Wren are great.Product, Support, responce, what else needed?
