New jung Modelltechnik mechanics, Kamax, Mil, and KA-32
From this autumn, the newly developed helicopter mechanics installation SRM-T (R S ingle echanics M otor-T urbine) "Python" with the proram as follows...
The action is designed for the powerful 2-stage turbines "SPT5-H" by JetCat or "Taurus" by the Pahl company in conjunction with Pahl multi-blade rotor heads.

The special design features of the helicopter mechanics SRM T "Python" at a glance:
Installation mechanics for custom and oem original fuselages with
very compact built mechanics
for optimal turbine output
2-stage reduction gear to the main rotor
first stage of high torque special belt drive
second stage of fully encapsulated plate Gearbox (hardened spiral bevel gears with full sealed oil bath)
Extreme heavy duty auto rotation torrington and tail rotor output
strong rotation-scale care-free runnning with full scale reliability
servo geometry corrected linkages
Swash using either 3 x 120 ° or 4 x 90 ° servo arrangement
Side plates of formula one grade 4 mm Carbon
Swashplate scheduled for 2 - to 5 blade machines
Rotor shaft diameter of 12 mm (on request to 15 mm)
Rated speed main rotor about 850 1/min (other speeds on request)
Installation of other turbine makes on request
Turbine mechanics for our Westland Wessex scale fuselage in preparation
Prices are currently not yet clear
The two point margin represented mechanics at the top, the Python Pahl mechanism with the "Taurus" including turbine and a version with the SPT5-H (with a single exhaust system) in a specially adapted version for the Russian models Mil Mi-24 and Mil Mi - 8th

For the program of ultra high quality scale fuselage models for the coaxial rotor mechanism to supplement by the end of the year 2008, the Kamov Ka-32 is the newest. For the manufacture and distribution of the fuselage kits, we introduce our new associate Matthias Strupf (http://www.heliclassics.de), which is also manufacturing the construction/design of the new fulselage for the Ka-32.

If you are familiar with the models by Matthias Strupf(eg Mil MI-24, Bell 205 UH 1D) you know of the first-class quality and detail inherent to his manufacture. As with Heli Classics usual, the models are fit and finished in first-class construction.

The ka-32 model is on a scale of 1: 5. That means a trunk length of 2.26 m an impressive body height of 62 cm, with a fuselage width of 36 cm. The model is thus a total of about 1.12 cm, according to the motto "big is beautiful". In order to transport the model, the rear is designed removable. The broad main landing gear is fully scale shock absorber articulated.

The rotor diameter for this model is 2.4 meters. For Scale-lovers, you can request a mechanical version of up to 3.2 m diameter rotor.

It is for the Ka-32 coaxial rotor mechanism CRM T with a slightly different mechanics front carbon mounting tray. The action itself is unchanged. The rotor mast will be a scale in a few cm extended version. The drive is done with the best JetCat 2-shaft turbine SPT5-H (8 kW power). The turbine is the same as when the original rotor mast placed, which is an easy exhaus scale placement, and an optimum center of gravity focus of the model guaranteed.

In addition to the above see some pictures of Ka-32 helicopter in the design of the Swiss. Proceed to airliners.net for
excellent photos. The helicopter is used as a burden for particularly utilitarian helicopters and heavy loads. The rotor diameter is 15.9 m with a trunk length of 11.3 m. In an empty mass of 6,250 kilograms of helicopter it can further a mass of about 6 to. lift. The drive takes place over two Isotov TV 3 to 117-V wave turbines, each with 1659 kW.

The Kamov Ka-32 is the civilian version of the Ka-27 (NATO name Helis-A or D) welchet as SAR and multi-purpose helicopter is used.

The accompanying photo and the images of 3D design, the newly developed helicopter mechanics FRM-T for the Kaman K-Max 1200 equipped with the PJW wave turbine with 4.5 kW (FRM-T stands for F lettner R echanics M otor -- T urbine),or the new pro model. The action is for the helicopter on a scale of 1: 5. This means a rotor diameter of 2.4 - 3.0 m. All the experience gained with the previous version ZDZ petrol engine were consistently utilized in a redesign.
Thus, the 3 each per rotor head servos directly into the mechanics arises, for a slop free linkage. The stable overall design of the helicopter arise from the mechanics with 15 mm rotor waves could still be built so narrow that the mechanics in the extremely narrow fuselage of the helicopter fit.
A multi-reduction gear is pushing the two rotors. This is the final stage in the oil lubricated. The gearboxes are hermetically with wave sealing rings sealed .
The two intertwined blades, opposing rotor heads are made of aluminium and have the usual blade holder width of 14mm for the rotor blades.
The extremely compact mechanics will be in the fuselage of the helicopter down with 4 screws mounted. For additional reinforcement to the top can Rotordomen additional struts to the hull cell mounted.
In order for the helicopter with any normal remote control can be flown, an electronic mixers used the impetus from all receivers on the 6 Taumelscheibenservos transfers. This mixer is housed in a helicopter model and can be also using laptop on the airfield can be programmed. To compound the various programs if necessary set and adjusted.
Currently, the construction of the mechanics and it will be completed at the completion of 2 prototypes worked (November 2007). Then, with the first test flights in a trainer frame started.

The pictures show up the prototypes of the helicopter mechanics Jetpower issued at the fair in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, in Semptember 2007 (still without the PJW drive turbine).

Among them, in the isometric 3D design.
Including one-page view with the resulting side view as a sketch of the helicopter.
Among the mechanics in front, with the torso sketch displayed.

The lower images show the original of the K-Max 1200 in an operation in the Black Forest and in Switzerland. Both in the paint slightly different versions, the Swiss company Helog into service. Good to see is the extraordinary helicopter design with the two opposing, main rotors, with a tail rotor now superfluous. The whole performance of the turbine drive, the buoyancy or jacking as well. The K-Max 1200 is a helicopters specially designed for use for the lifting of heavy transporting function. The Lastgut is in a special device on the trunk and a long rope below the helicopter transported.
The construction of the helicopter of the U.S. company Kaman is based on the principle of the German Hubschrauberkonstrukteurs Anton Flettner.

We of course continue the production run of our original coaxial mechanics.

Ka-52 Fuselage. Do you need to extend the exhaust of the SPT 5H or does the size work. Any plans for scale exhausts ?
Looking very good.

exhaust
Thanks.

A very short extension, similar to the scaled output of the orginal
is used, with no flow decrease.
The layout of Volker's design is exceptional, and equally good for the
forward mounting position on the ka-32 version and cg with not added weight, as well as for optimal exhaust scale positioning and very cool turbine temps, very close to that
of the open unit.

I am working on a welded titanium scale suppressor for the large version.

As you can see, Volker is busy expanding a very rapidly growing product line.

best,

m

I know...that is
exactly what I was referring to three posts earlier, the
exhaust suppressor...

reduces the IR signature of the beast...

and is a b.... to make out of titanium....but it must be done...

I wish I hadn't seen that...

Got to see Peter Wales coax float (and shake ) around IRCHA last week. It's quite an impressive looking machine. Off with the FG blades and so will go the vibration. Peter, if you're reading this, please bring the coax to Darrell's event next month, pretty please?
