Interesting idea, Jeff... are you thinking about getting one? If you do, I'd like to see how well it works and if there are any dangers to consider like maybe avoiding wearing it in the rain/snow.

Jeff, why??? you don't need that jacket. You can only fly when it's above 50 degrees anyway.

It has alot of good reviews on Amazon... $199 for jacket, battery and charger. And you can use the battery on your power tools also (if you so happen to have them). I just bought a parka.. But I'm really tempted. always wanted one..

Saw that jacket a month ago at Graingers when I was picking up some stuff with my boss. I told my boss I need one to work outside in the cold. Well,that did no fly.

Do not use household wire...The heat inside the case fused the wire together....Use high temperature wire
