Ok I looked in the manual, the screw that stripped the hole is 2.5mm X 8.0mm
Will that kit still work, seems like its for 3.0mm?

5 out 6 screws tight will cause problems?

I have a complete spare main gear, from an older trex 700, but the part in question matches though

Quick and dirty is to use JB Weld. You then can drill and tap the hole.

Anyone into Lego?
Was looking quickly thru years of photo and could not fine the Rokenbok layout.

I did find a few Lego stuff .

2 kits of RCX 2.0 and a Scout kit, Pneumatic Back Hoe, and Pneumatic Truck Crane, a few set of Lego trains and convert some of the train to run with DDC or DCC controller.

I think I had or still have a problem. I got at least 2 full 8 foot racks of shelves of unopen Lego kits.

Lego
Gene,
I was into Lego until I learned 3D modeling and turned it into a profession. I even had the big monorail set and a racetrack. I wasn't too into the technics set though.

But now my building blocks are virtual.

My 2 cents on Nuroo issue..

I would do a "redneck" fix for the following reasons

The part is more of a dust cap for the one way bearing.
It is not a high stress part. The main gear does not attach to it
You already have 5 out of the 6 fasten.
The auto rotation gear pretty much encloses the part.

Try the JB weld or place some strips of AL foil in the hole with locite and tighten gently.

Nuroo..

Try this.........

http://www.kdedirect.com/TREX700OWBM.html

This One Way Bearing Assy Omits the Sleeve in the assy also...

This is a much better part & won't fail Like the Stock ones do with the Sleeve slipping..

It's cheaper than the Align "Doorstop" too.

If you must replace it...consider this part..

True. I though his reaction was pretty funny. The heli stops making any noise as soon as it hits the small table on the left side lol

Crazy Money
Nycatt,

That video is f---ng outrageous-- an aviation enthusiast's wet dream. The level of detail is nothing short of stunning! I'd love to know who built this and exactly how all that action is choreographed to appear so realistic. The lighting system alone is spectacular. I've been researching lighting systems for my scale airwolf and until now thought I knew what I was gonna get.. but now I want these!

Thanks for that,

Dave

Vbar Difference - (ReadyHeli)
Many of you have asked what the difference is between VBar Blueline, Silverline and Mini.

All three versions of the VBar utilize the same program and software.

The Mini is normally used on helicopters from the 250 size all the way up to the 600 class. It can be used on larger helicopters as well, but some prefer the full size as it offers a few additional options.

The full size Blueline Vbar has a main unit and separate sensor module. It also has several additional ports that can be used for a second power input from the bec or esc when utilizing satellites or an s bus receiver.

The silverline has the same main unit as the Blueline with an updated sensor. This sensor is updated to provide improved vibration dampening for Nitro, gasoline and turbine powered helicopters as well as those kits that have higher vibration levels during flight.
