Dont know about anyone else but I only charge at 1 amp. The battery's that you have could probably take 2 amps if you want to speed up the process, But thats where people are puffing and exploding there packs buy trying to charge them to fast. I charge at 1 amp and have no problems waiting till there done.

I have always been under the impression, as long as you don't charge them over the rated amps. I have several 1320 mah that I charge at 1.0 amps and they do fine.

1C is the general rule of thumb, so 2A for your 2000mAh packs. No matter the size of the pack, it will take about an hour for a full charge at 1C.

On a new pack, try to limit the first 5 discharges to 50% or less. That is, put back 1000mAh or less. After 5 charges, then limit use to 80% maximum, or put back 1600mAh max into your packs after use.

When your pack can only give 80% of the rated capacity, it is considered used up by some manufacturers. You can test this by cycling the pack, but best not to cycle very often.
