Sorry - this is really confusing to me ...

The Align 600 kit includes a 4400 mAh battery which has 2 balance plugs attached.

How can one connect this to a balancer???

It sounds like you may have a Thunder Power battery, who is the manufacture of the battery.? If it is a Thunder Power, there will be a 6 pin and a 4 pin plug for balancing which is designed for the TP-210V balancer. I believe there are adapters out there that would go from a thunder power set-up to the setup your using, or you could make your own. What balancer are you using.
