I installed a new RevMax in a Raptor 90SE. Everything tested fine, but would not engage. I took it out and installed in a R50. The first time it engaged and worked fine. The next time it would not. I can see the sensor working. But while spinning it over with the starter, it does not look consistant (the sensor indicator lighting up) The gap is fine,
maybe the sensor is bad? anyone have this problem, or simular?

Thanks
Bob

are you using gv1 magnets in one of your choppers? if so, I think you have to flip the rev max sensor over to read the magnets

I tried the GV mag in the 90 But installed the Revmax mag in the R50
It picks up the sensor fine while turning it over.
try again tomorrow.
