Hello,
I have been into helis for a while. I have flown both micro electrics, the TRex, and Nitros. However, I want something that I can fly in my front yard that can do decent 3D flight. Especially inverted because I want to practice that a lot but I don't feel like going to the flying field.
How good is the Hummingbird Elite 3D Pro with the 400A Plus outrunner combo (13 teeth pinion)out of the box? Can it do flips, inverted flight, maybe funnels and stuff like that? I am not looking for some screaming hotdog, but on the same line I don't want something that can't do a few stunts.
Thanks for the information.

Gary

It is a great little heli and has quite a bit of power with the stock outrunner. It reminds me, power wise, of one of the older TRex. Its not as explosive as the new Rexxies, but gets on pretty good. It should have no problems with basic 3d.

I give up on Loctite, nothing lasts long enough to vibrate loose anymore.

Thanks
I was hoping someone would answer soon. I might buy one as soon as they get them back in stock. I don't need anything too explosive. I really want to work on my inverted flight and I want something that will not destroy itself if I have a little mishap. When I bring my nitro low to the ground inverted I am too nervous to do anything but hover.
Thanks again,
Gary
