My Align 4,400 is begining to bloat a little after only 30 cycles, I have heard about quality issues with this pack. Should I continue using it? It has bloated only a bit, but I'm concerned about safety.

What can happen if you use a slightly puffed pack? mid air fire?, explosion? or simply the battery going dead on you?
