I have a 4000 nimh. I have herd that you can use a regular wall charger it just takes longer. I also herd it will never get fully charged. What is the best charger to use and how many milli amps is best to charge this battery? This is my receiver battery, just incase you wanted to know. Thanks for the help

you want a charger that can put out at least 1/10th (400mA) of
the battery capacity.

NiMHs don't like to be VERY (8000mA (2c))fast charged unless the charger is
good at detecting peaks.

Most wall chargers put out much less than 400mA.

Best to get a peak charger that has a NiMh mode. If you get one with a display, it will show you how much charge is put back into the pack. That is handy information, because then you will know how many flights you can have between charges.

There are many chargers on the market. One of the popular ones is the Triton, and now the Triton2.
