I found this browsing on HP. It looks absolutely gorgeous. Just curious, does anyone use this and is it worth the $200.

I have got a couple of them, there has been mixed reviews about these heads the machining is quite good but not as good as QUK's.

Go with Kasama or Quick UK
The TDR head is junk. I had a TDR head and grips and there was so much up and down play in the main grips that I sent it back to HP and exchanged it for a TT SE head.

Now I fly with a Kasama head and it is far superior to anything I have flown before. I have had the Mavvrik head, TT SE head, and the TDR head on my Raptor 50. And I have flown several Raptors that had the full QUK head. Of all these heads, the Kasama is top in my book. The quality of the machining is on par with QUK and the durability is outstanding (don't ask me how I know this ).

If you are seriously think of upgrading your head, take a really good look at the Kasama head. Here is a pic of the Kasama head:

How much is that Kasama head cost wise as compared to the TDR or Mav head?

I posted another thread http://www.runryder.com/t301281p1/ in the rappy section of my future order (next week for sure) to HP. I have the Mav head on there just for cost reasons. (looking at the list, cost shouldn't be an issue lol) I just want the best bang for the buck.

That Kasama head looks spectacular as well. My plan is to upgrade like mad, do it once and be done with it. For my flying skills.. well, thats another story.

Check your other thread. I included a link to z-rc.com where the Kasama head can be purchased from.

Leaning towards Kasama or QuickUK now.
I just noticed that there are a ton of threads based on the
Kasama vs. Quick UK, "which is better" issue

It might be a horse a piece, really. I noticed that each company has it's fanboys.

You find those guys who swear by Kasama, and there are the guys who swear by QUK.

It is like comparing and XBOX to a PS2. I find guys who say how much better the PS2 is than the XBOX, even though you can look at the technical specs, compare numbers, and see clear as day that the XBOX is a superior machine. As an intermediate heli pilot, I don't need top of the line stuff. I wouldnt be able to tell the difference anyhow. I mentioned somewhere that I want to upgrade once, and be done with it. I want something that I can take to an IRCHA event and turn heads. Or maybe featured in a magazine. I love attention. (I just won't fly. Guys may snicker a bit if I flew at IRCHA ) I don't really want to be the old lady who uses a Dodge Viper as a grocery-getter.

Is it really a horse a piece? Right now, I may be leaning towards the QuickUK. It might be a few bucks more, but visually, it adds the most "bling"
