Just got my first Tango. The instructions say "The cables of the motors are.....not solderable.". The addendum says "The additional wires beneath the motor wires....should be soldered together with the motor cable in the plugs." Do I solder on the connectors? (The connectors appear to be the solder type, not crimp type). Thanks, Joe...

when soldering, you don't want the heat to come up the wire in the motor or controller...
I dindt' solder any of my wires together, just the connectors on the controller and the ones on the motor (Tango06, Twist37, SMT500...).
The Kontronik connectors don't seem to have anything to complain against when plugged together.
Just make sure the heat shrink fully wrapps the connector so blue and red for example don't make a shortcut.

The benefit is keeping motor and controller independant.
