Several options, change gear ratio, change throttle settings, reduce blade size and / or pitch, change motor to higher rpm/volt, increase voltage ie 3 cells to 4 cells.

What are you trying to achieve??

i am trying to make this thing fly good again,,its like this, hovering is no problem but when i hit the trot the tail turns away and my headspeed is going down,bigtime,..
when i install stunt trot and stunt pitch on my tx,nothing is hapening..after a big crash i put this thing back togathor and upgrade the hole head + frame.

i am just a beginner so dont expect perfection

Ok so you are tracing a problem, not just trying to increase headspeed!

Are you sure it is all set up correctly, sounds like it is over pitched against the throttle curve/line.

I suggest you post in the T Rex area as the guys there have lots of experience with different motors and set ups. Also i have no knowledge of the Tx you are using.

Check your belt tension for the tail issues that your having. It should not be too loose nor too tight.

You should also look into your pitch curve and make sure that everythings set correctly. I have the following curve on my Trex

Pitch Curve USE A PITCH GUAGE
Normal: (-5, 2.5, 0 , 5, 10)
Idle1: (-10, -5, 0, 5, 10)

Throttle Curve
Normal: (0,40,80,90,100)

*This is a good starting point as the powerband starts very high, but later when you want to dial down a particular headspeed you can change the value to match your flying.

Idle up: (100,95,85,95,100)
