Oh man. That is sad! Who would have thought that little boat could bring down a full size heli? I wonder if that's real.

Ya know trex600crasher, if it is real the pilot should have had better sense thatn to try and tow a boat like that. But regardless ofwhy, i certainly hope all were safe!

i would have hoped that someone trained and smart enough to fly a full size helicopter would have had a little more common sense....i guess i was wrong. i hope he was hurt bad enough so he can never fly again, dont need that kinda crap happening.

I fly in helis all the time as part of my job and I am sure that was real. It does not take much to throw a heli off balance. The rope was way too short and the pilot spead up way too quickly. If you are going to tow you need it pulling down the center line of the heli (not off to one side), you need more altitude, and you need to start out very slowly and gradually put tension on the rode. I hope they had escape training, getting out of a heli upside down in water can be very tricky even if you are unhurt. If the pilot was ok I hope he or she has their pilots license revoked. Sheer stupidity!

Most helicopters have pretty good lifting capacity, but they're not exactly made for towing things.

I think the hilarious part of this video is all those people trying to run away from the crashing heli in the tiny confines of that boat.
