On my blade grips, plastic, The small bearing that goes in closest to the hub keep going in. As soon as i tighten them the recess inside and eventually go inside to the middle im guessing touching the bigger bearings causing my blade grips to lie flat against the hub creating binding.. Do you really need to ca those bearings in place? Theres no collar inside.. wouldnt that be smart?

Sounds like your main (big) blade grip bearings are not "seated" all the way into the recess..
I was tooling with this yesterday on my SA. Make sure you have the big bearings pressed into the blade grip all the way before installing the smaller 3rd bearing. Be carefull not to destroy the bearings. I got finicky with one yesterday and blew the balls out of it

anyone ever notice how tiny the balls in these bearings are?
I wonder exactly how many tiny ball bearings it takes to make my heli fly like it does..

i'd say that it takes us blokes two, big, hairy balls to fly the way we do!
