Any fellow heli pilots going to seaview tomorrow? I was thinking about 8am show time. Will be sunny with a high of 49.

Michael

Been flying with this setup last few days, including heat pads under the top of the gloves....was toasty warm, when I closed the flap.

Man AH-1, you fly more than anyone on RR I think. I'm jealous, how do you manage so much time at the field??

flight time
JAGNZ,

Well, my schedule is all over the place, so I get it when I can. Tomorrow for example, I'm flying to England...but don't have to be at the airport until 6:30pm. This leave the whole day free, I'll get to the field at 8am...stay till 2. *when I buy fuel, I buy 8 gallons at a time. Tomorrow will be blue skies!

Cliff,

You need a second backup bird ASAP..You have great potential, and just when you start to make progress, bam, another maintenance issue (or sudden impact) grounds you. I know those days well, when I had only my Freya for so long. You get up early, get out to the flight line, then discover a grounding condition. If I get you a new backup kit, you can have Two flyable birds, not just the kit for spares..lets do it! I have a GY401, not using and an OS70, rebuilt by factory, never run. I also have a throttle jockey pro, not using either. What heli do you have exactly, a Hirobo 50? Not sure if the OS 70 would work...maybe.

Nice one AH, wish my life worked that way. I don't get to fly nearly often enough and most of my flight time is at the weekends and I have been away 5 out of the last 6 of them. Ouch. The SIM is great to keep the reflexes fresh but nothing beats burning Nitro or a few Li-Po's....

Happy Flying All
