Hi guys,
I have just picked up this engine and have an exaust question....

I have an sb16 that I am using on a Ys91 that this engine will be replacing.

I have been told that the sb18 is "made for" the sz, so here is the question....

Will I see a $180 worth improvemet in power by getting the SB18 over using the sb16 that I already have?( I also have a MP2 I could use)

on that note, should I start w/ the MP2 or sb16.

Thanks

I am using an MP2 with one of mine and it works great.

The SB16 just dosen't have enough volume, and you will struggle with the mid range.

As for $180 spent for a SB18, over the MP2, I don't personally think it is worth it. I have a SB18 on my other one.

Hope this helps.
