adding another electronc device to my rex and thinkin of powering the whole system with a seperate BEC.in the range of 4-5amps and 6 volts.whats out there?
Also thinkin about a seperate six volt bec to power the tail servo and possibly the e-flite HH gyro on my parkmite in an attempt to make the gyro/tail more effective while leaving the remainder of the system on 4.8 volts(other servos and receiver). has any one tried this? im concerned about possible feedback from using 2 different voltages. ive been spoiled by the 401 in the rex

bling bling, cha ching......... but honey

Hi,

The Ultimate BEC 6V version will give you bursts of up to 5A here - http://www.koolflightsystems.com/ultimatebec.htm not many others available small enough for the rex, generally they need cooling for higher outputs via a heatsink so weight is an issue
