Man, with the stability of the TRex 600 and with the loud whine it makes with its straight cut gears, it would be soo cool to put it in a scale fuselage like a Blackhawk, Hughes 500, etc.....

It would be more cool if Align were to have a stock prepainted RTF fuse with no mods required like TT's Hughes 500.

They would sell a lot of it!!

Scale fuse for the 600 is already on the way
a 600 blackhawk or nighthawk would definately be sweet if I flew scale..

It's not here yet so it's a day too late.

Put me down for a blackhawk or cobra or an EC135. I think it would be a great platform for a scale heli.

Funkey 50 sized fuses will work fine. Pretty good quality for the price. I got an unpainted 500(in my gallery painted now) and I am very happy with it.

I agree that the 600 will make a sick scaler...no mess for one, next the sound will be very cool inside the fuse.

My Thunder Tiger .50 size MD530 is on it's way as I type. It will be wrapped around one of my T-Rex 600's. BTW the TT MD 530 can be had for $239.99 with free UPS ground shipping from http://www.thundertiger4u.com .

Couple of the scale guys up here thought that the eCCPM setup on the 600 would be in the way of most 50 sized fuse's.
The 500 should be an easy fit though since the doghouse is real high.

Tony,
Just go buy a couple different ones and some 600 airframes.
I know a couple guys that will hook you up real nice on the R&D of getting them in the fuselages.
I am 100% serious about this though.

I begin my 600 jetranger this weekend
I have ordered scale landing gear from Jestrr and I expect to have it this weekend. I have already purchased a funkey 50 size fuselage for my 600. Hope to have some pictures up this weekend.

First fit looks like the frames will be a little short for the Jetranger, will have to block the frame up a little. Length looks perfect tho, good thing the belt runs a little loose, that will help getting the tail boom into the rear fuselage section.

Trex 600 scale
Sounds right, My local Hobby Shop had to block up the Bell 222 that they did as well. They also had to cut the Fuselage a bit to clear the swashes. But I don't think you will have that problem with yours. Good luck!

Tres 600
The 600 is much bigger than the 450 SE. And would use a fiberglass fuselage. The 450se would use a lexan or simalar material. They do have quite a few for the Trex the only thing I don't like about them is they are very fragile. I don't know if they make a fiber glass fuselage for a trex.

The only bodys I have seen for the Trex is either styrene (white plastic) or petg (clear like lexan) It's mainly to keep the weight down so you don't loose any performance... Fiberglass would be to heavy for these bird I would think...
