I'd've sworn that all 4 layers of white stuff was Gourmet Sauce, but on second (eighteenth) look I'll concede that the third 'sauce' up from the bottom could be a fried egg... but wouldn't a fried egg be something worth mentioning?

After additional extensive website research conducted just now on the pics of the three other Burgers in question, I must conclude that we will not know what this mysterious white substance is until Dr Jon reports.

Guys you're hurting my feelings here!!! Comparing me to Carl's Jr??? Please!! I run a gourmet joint for Christ sakes!
The Mystery Layer is (or I should say was) a fried egg. When I first started we were putting fried eggs between each layer of meat. It was GREAT tasting but it was simply too strange for the crowd. Oh well the mob had their way and we no longer offer it.
