great vid thanks for that,
i like the vib and was think what 90 to get one day, was think either the raptor 90 or the Synergy N9 but i have a airskipper 50 and build quality of the kits is fantastic and if the litte 50s that good the vib must be 100% better so i might stick with jr for a 90 plus they fly like there on rails

Vibe 90
The JR Vibe is an underated machine, it is a phenomenal 3D machine, as evidenced by CY, Chen Z, Marty K, Ian C, Lukas, etc. You'll love the Vibe, the head flies much better than the Vigor's head.

Vibe
Well i have first hand experiance with the Synergy and the Vibe as i own both machines.
Now im no expert class flyer, i cant do piro flips but i can do a few manouvers and am a very competent builder of more than just model helicopters.

I can cetainly say that the Vibe is a MUCH better qualtiy kit, hands down !
the Vibe tracks better with big manouvers eg, loops and roll type stuff, more fc3 smooth, if that makes sense.

the Synergy does however feel "lighter" in the air more like a really hotted up 50, it does also feel more powerfull with the Cyclic's its more nimble.

Both are very competent machines although i do think the Vibe will last longer as the parts are certainly better quality eg, harder metals and better smoother operating surfaces.

None the less both machines are very good and very capable in the right hands
remember its the pilot not the machine !

bathmagic,
what are the cost differences in parts? and are parts for the Vibe hard to come by? I am thinking Vibe, due to its toughness and out of the box with no problems.

thanks

As for the Vibe, from my experiance i am yet to break parts on either machine, both have an alloy boom.
although i feel that the frames on the Vibe are much stiffer, some people are saying things like "the vibes main shaft just snaps off"
yeh true but better than hammering the bearings and the frames and after all a main shaft is a cheap and quick repair.

The parts avalibility for the Vibe is not really an issue here from my experiance.

The Vibe is certainly a better quality kit than the Synergy.

vibe
I agree, the Vibe is very tight and slop free, when compared to other machines.

Hi James,

I am using the futaba S9255's, the model feels fantastic with these on too. Very sure in its authority and definately they seem fast enough for me on cyclic!

servos
Hi,

I'm using the 8311s with 8417 gears, and the 8317 servos which is the same servo as 8311 but with 8417 gears already fitted from JR.
