New Turbo Cooling Fan
Just installed one on my new Hawk Pro. Best thing since sliced bread. Eliminates the hex starter shaft completely. Now I can actually here my engine start instead of a bunch of clanking noise. I highly recommend it. Part # CN2202A

Wand only is part# CN0427WD. You can go to Heliworld.com and look under heli upgrades for the hawk pro and on page 5 is the new cooling fan which has a link that shows how it works and the new wand needed. the thing works great, plus its machined alum. and cools better than the old plastic one or the old purple one.

i bought the new wand only with the cooling fan. it fits right in the holder of any standard 6mm hex starter. the new wands tip is round and fits right in the one way bearing in the top of the cooling fan. leave the bearing blocks in the heli, but remove the two bearings and the hex start shaft. you insert the new wand on your starter thru the bearing blocks directly into the oneway bearing in the cooling fan. directly connecting to the motor. really works very smoothly and quitely. and because there is a oneway bearing in the fan, your starter adapter doesn't have to be one of the expensive ones with a oneway bearing in it.
