Just in case you missed it, this all kinds of crazy!!!!
The guy is just insanely good, Talent+money+death wish= Tareq:-)

You gotta wonder if he is being hunted down by the powers that be when you look at some of the places he does this:-) prob not considering his family connections.

Daaaaamn talk about keeping it in the box - that's some immense collective management.

Tareq is a heli god. That video is my new favorite.

His setup must be pretty sweet to hold a hover that close to the ground without any visible corrections - inverted too .. that and I imagine a lot of practice.

In a mad world, only the mad are sane.

Flying this weekend
Had a great week learned some great tricks, had great weather with cloud and know wind. been a pretty crap week for me i had the JR 550's tail drive gears fail and crashed that, this was yesterday. today i decided to get all the helis out, I had some great flights all morning. i decided to then have one last flight with the 7hv and well the pics show what happened there too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Mike.

------------------------

So I have a YEP 120HV supposed to be good but doesn't seem to want to deliver the power and compared to the other guys at the field it defo isn't.

Tached the head at 100% on the 13t and it's just over 2000rpm - which doesn't seem is enough. Tried messing around with timings and have the throttle endpoints correct (Light goes out on ESC at full 100%). Everything runs smooth with not hiccups or loss of power.

So options are:

1) Stick the 14t in and just use existing ESC
2) Get a Hobbywing - have these on all my other Compass helis and they perform well - gov is a bit **** but it's cheap
3) Get a real YGE 120HV - in built phase sensor ftw - not stupid price and great performance - however I'm worried I'll see the same performance as the YEP which should deliver almost identical headspeed
4) Get a Castle Cremation - great logging but Gov needs lots of headroom - tendency to burn up?
5) Man up and get a Kontronic - tbh when a single part of the heli costs more than the entire kit - you're doing it wrong.

Options options....
