And yet perhaps the most telling argument of all is that Jonny flies like he does with a 'lowly' DSX9 and ASJ flies like he does with a 'lowly' DX7SE..... WOW imagine how good they would be if they had a proper Footaba to use. Somebody should tell them Footy - Funniest thing I have read in a long time - well done my precious .........

now see I told you.....Kev wears a gollum suit and makes funky footaba love to his transmitter. Thats sick man.
Us JR people fly heli's with ours seeing as they are so much better whereas you have this weird protectionist love affair going on.
And why buy a 14 channel transmitter so you can run the fastest 8 channel receiver out there? Thats a bit like looking at breasts without being allowed to suck on them.
I also think thats because the above 8 channel receivers are much slower.....bugger....that sucks.Kev you didn't answer me how the home spending is going? Why do you have to work? I am off out to the garage to play. Sorry. I love razzing up you footaba guys. So much fun. Like swatting flies with my desktop fly swat. I love footaba gyro's though. JR has never made a good one yet. However their top line stuff is a lot nicer than the footaba offering. I sense the force in you my young kevowin and it is to see very plain that a change you want needing JR you do. Give in to the dark side. Go JR. |

Dam it was the precious first now you have gone Starwars on me, I will have to put my Darth Vader helm on now, I have Batman as well to back me up and if all else fails King Kong might have to jump off the Empire State building and stomp on that B grade radio or yours Glenn and finish this once and for all, THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!!!My misses has eased off the spending, last months Visa was only $3500 and the power bill was down by $150 as well so feeling rich now, might be able to get a third 14MZ I don't work because I have to I work because I like it, It will be 1:30 before I go in today and should be home early, just in time to sit down for dinner and look out the window at the nicley mowed lawns and garden the wife has been working onLife is like a bath, the longer you stay in it the more wrinkled you get. |

Nice one..he he.Husband win's lotto and says to his wife....."pack your bags I've won lotto!" "oh where are we going" she says. He says..."I don't give a fu*k just pack your bags and get the hell out of here"I hope that $3500 included food and fuel.Don't you want to support your poor ailing power company or something. Hell man they only made 4 billion dollars off us last year. Thank god we have 4 million people of which less than half of them work to support them or they would go out of business. I mean 4 billion is such a trivial amount. Hell air nz made 20 million last year. Umm....hang on....is billion more or less than million......We have a weak kneed pissy govt that doesn't listen to us regarding the stupid anti smaking law even though 88% of the people that responded told them their law was STUPID. Why don't they regulate against white collar crimminal activities such as power generation and retailing? Someone in the world is looking at us and pointing...."Fu#king dumb kiwi's" they just keep paying and paying.I would be happy to go without power for a few days if the rest of new zealand would to hit these money grabbing bastards in the pockets.A guy in auckland (air nz pilot) is making personal wind generators. I will love to see the day when personal wind and solar generators are good enough to power the average house with minor top ups from the power grid. Then they would drop prices JUST LIKE THE TELEPHONE COMPANIES are doing. These huge EX state owned enterprises (yes we all owned them and never saw a dollar when they were sold) make massive profits. OK...I have to go and destroy something because I am mad now. |

PERFECT Flying weather today. Got to meet 'justplanechris' and his wife Liz today at the club. They are visiting from the US and James brought them out for a look. James' Logo promptly lost a swash ball link and bam, it went in. Sadly Chris was at the sticks and of course he felt bad but it was a faulty ball stud that caused it when James did the post-mortem.Anyway, was good to see Andrew out there too. He liked the Atom I brought with me. I didn't get out there until after 2 but a few hours out there is good for the soul. Jason Greenwood

I have a Squash Tournament this weekend but I am going to try and make it out one of the days... Careful not to hit the wall, you know what I mean. When you all look at the latest NZMAA magazine and don't see any Heli articles note that my article was bumped to the next edition (November ?) This was outside my control. I am not reading anything sinister or anti heli in it. |

Now thats weird I am travelling southbound along the motorway past Otahuhu and I see what looks like a piece of paper flowing along slowly descending as I get closer and look up as it crosses the motorway about twice the height of the power pylons I see its a toy parachute.God know where it came from, it was pretty high up when I first saw it. My guess it was shot up there with a rocket or Helinutz threw it out the window on approach to AKL I doubt a kids toy got it that high up. |
